POINT border security and logistics operations

Tier II · Pacific 7.0 International — D

Phoenix Operations and Initiatives Network Task Force

Border Security & Expeditionary Logistics — the operational infrastructure arm of Pacific 7.0, providing the mobility, supply chain, and border security capabilities that sustain field operations across the most challenging global environments.

Overview

Phoenix Operations and Initiatives Network Task Force

The Phoenix Operations and Initiatives Network Task Force (POINT) is the operational backbone of Pacific 7.0 International — providing the logistics, mobility, and border security capabilities that enable all other directorates to function effectively in complex, austere, and contested environments.

POINT manages the full spectrum of expeditionary logistics: from pre-deployment planning and equipment staging through in-theater supply chain management, personnel movement, and post-operation recovery. Its border security teams operate at critical crossing points and transit corridors, interdicting illicit flows and supporting partner-nation border management agencies.

Without POINT's operational infrastructure, Pacific 7.0's field capabilities would be severely constrained. It is the directorate that makes sustained global operations possible.

Logistics Mandate

Expeditionary Operations Support

POINT maintains a global network of pre-positioned equipment caches, logistics nodes, and partner-facility agreements that enable rapid deployment and sustained operations anywhere in the world. Its expeditionary logistics teams are trained to operate in the most austere environments — establishing forward operating bases, managing supply chains under fire, and maintaining the operational tempo required for complex, long-duration missions.

Border Security

Interdiction & Border Management

POINT's border security mission focuses on the interdiction of illicit flows — people, narcotics, weapons, and contraband — at critical border crossing points and transit corridors. Working alongside partner-nation border agencies, POINT teams provide technical assistance, training, and direct operational support to strengthen border management and reduce the operational space available to transnational criminal networks.
