Forensics, Disguise & Witness Protection Directorate

Extraction, Cover Identities & Forensic Evidence — the technical and protective services arm of Pacific 7.0, providing forensic expertise, identity management, and witness protection in support of international criminal justice operations.

Overview

Forensics, Disguise & Witness Protection Directorate

The Forensics, Disguise & Witness Protection Directorate provides Pacific 7.0 International with the technical and protective capabilities essential to complex field operations and criminal justice support. Its mandate spans three distinct but interconnected domains: forensic evidence collection and analysis, cover identity development and management, and the protection of witnesses and vulnerable persons.

In the field, the directorate's forensic teams work alongside Field Operations units to collect, preserve, and analyze evidence at crime scenes, conflict sites, and clandestine locations — ensuring that evidence meets the standards required for international prosecution.

Its witness protection program provides comprehensive security, relocation, and identity management services to individuals whose testimony is critical to international criminal proceedings — often in environments where state protection mechanisms are unavailable or compromised.

Forensic Capability

Evidence Collection & Analysis

The directorate maintains a deployable forensic laboratory capability, enabling evidence collection and preliminary analysis in remote or hostile environments. Forensic specialists are trained in crime scene management, digital forensics, biometric collection, and chain-of-custody protocols that meet international evidentiary standards — ensuring that evidence gathered in the field can support prosecution in international tribunals and national courts.

Identity & Protection

Cover Operations & Witness Security

The directorate's identity management cell develops and maintains cover identities for Pacific 7.0 personnel operating in denied environments, as well as for protected witnesses requiring new identities. Its witness protection program provides end-to-end security — from initial threat assessment and extraction through relocation, identity establishment, and long-term security monitoring.
